Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I wonder if Photobucket changed their linking access/capabilities?
Leading evidence: 'Replace their linking access/capabilities' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace their linking access/capabilities' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I tried using it about two weeks ago and the link didn't work.
Tom,
I tried using it about two weeks ago and the link didn't work. I guess the icon is no longer in that Photobucket location. However, I think I found another link to that icon. Let's see if it works!
Nope, no workie! I wonder if Photobucket changed their linking access/capabilities? I'll keep looking for an alternative link.
OK, I'll try this one.
Great, it works! Thanks to Don and Wayne.

OK, fair eonugh, but let's look at the issues.
+/- to stay in NC:
+ great location
+ great climate
+ great house, but more than we need
- $0 income for Tim each month
- Wife is a teacher = low income each month
- $$$$ out going each month
+/- to move to Dallas:
+ great location
- hot, dry climate
++ home of the Cowboys
+ can downside when looking for house
+ Tim will actually have a monthly income
+ Wife's income becomes secondary income
+ $$ out going each month (reduced expenses)
Any questions?
Oh, I know - it goes without saying and I'm with you (but I do have to give you grief on this).
... having said that I can't even vocalize the negatives of Texas for fear of being publicly flogged (or shot) by the many Texans on Rennlist.
... let's just say that I've always liked Tex-Mex and BBQ and although the average Texan woman is not the brightest candle in the world they do look good.
I'm counting on the fact that there more Pennsylvanians than Texans on the board - especially if you count the number of posts just from the two of us. Second, being publically flogged is nothing new for me. On the bright side, I love Tex-Mex/BBQ and there's no question that Texas women are eye candy. I won't comment on their IQ's as you have, my friend.
yeah, I know, I've never been accused of not tackling a topic head-on.
Texas:
Ranked 49th in the nation for SAT scores
36th for high school graduation
Has only 1 university in top 50 (17th Rice)
Ranked 50th for percentage of population with high school diplomas
Pretty sad. Not sure I'd want my kids growing up there. It's a shame that we allow such poor quality education to persist.
It makes me sad to see kids failed like that.
Here in PA schools rank higher, but I have serious concerns about putting my kids in there... education in the US really is in a pitiful state across the country, it's just a question of the degree of the mess.
For the record, Texas has 2 in the top 50 - UT is also there. And Rice is actually higher than any PA school in the top 50. Oh, and the SAT rank for texas in 2007 was actually 42. Which was 3 higher than PA.
And although Texas ranks lowest on percentage of population having a high school diploma, we rank 3rd on post secondary degrees (only CA and NY are higher).
Every state has pluses and minuses. And there are a lot of upsides to Texas - no state income tax being the first to come to mind.
So stop bashing Texas! lol. We are dun educatered.

I don't mean to bash Texas - I was just stating facts. I personally like many things about visiting Texas. I've lived in several different countries (and states) and know that the grass is no greener on any side of the fence. All places are different. I agree that all places have pluses and minuses - it's just a matter of personal priorities.
I'll post the sources of the information later this evening when when I'm logged into my laptop and have access to the bookmarks. One source was the Texas Dept of Education. I saw the info listing UT Austin #44 on another site, but for consistency decided to quote all of the information from the Texas state website.
I make no arguments about the state of PA education. In fact I think you'll see that I'm not impressed with PA schools either. I'm not from PA, so I'm an egalitarian critic of crappy education - believe me the US has lots of that - we rank very low when it comes to the quality of our secondary education when compared to the rest of the developed world. My wife often dubs it as glorified babysitting for teenagers.
PA secondary education is certainly better than TX and I'd rank it as average at best.... from memory I think it's somewhere around #36 in rank. PA Universities are hit and miss - they have some excellent centers of education in the sciences, but no one university is excellent across the board, including the University of Pennsylvania (ehem, Ivy League).
Believe me, I moved here from Massachusetts and the quality of education at all levels is superior there to PA, TX, and many parts of the rest of the country. The move here was a step down with regard to education quality, but considering that I was also holding an offer from a company in Dallas my wife's comment was "well, it's better than Texas" (I kid you not). There is no way that my wife would let us move to TX, even though there are opportunities there for us both - not a mean feat considering how specialized our backgrounds are.
If you read my post you will see that I commented that it was a disservice to our children to have such a poor education system - regardless of where they are living. It's about time we got our act together and started putting together a system that teaches valuable skills and prepares our children for their adult life - I'm yet to see evidence of that happening in any part of the country.
Edit: Here's the source of the information that I quoted.

I cannot find an exactly comparable statistics for PA, but it looks like the ranking is around 10th from various sources.
Well, you could look at it from the perspective that you get what you pay for - although PA school taxes are horrendous and I can't say that we get good value for money.
But Andy said he moved to NJ, not Texas and I know the state of NJ has school tax so I'm curious.
We pay about 12k a year in property tax, of which, 9k is for schools. But the Monroe/Woodbury school district is very good.
