Hi guys Ive been searching Ive found out some stuff. Please correct me if Im wrong. I have a 03 996 C2, I want to get a Turbo Bumper. I have the chance to get one that came off a OEM Turbo which was a 01. This will fit my car right wo all the headlight rework, and electrical work? Also what I do need is what else would I need for the bumper, do I need eyebrow lids or do I have them already from my OEM on my car. I can get the inlets no prob. Anything else I need b4 I go through with this

I have an '01 Turbo front bumper on my '02 C2 cab. It was a direct bolt on except for a few things:
1. The bumper support (behind your current bumper) is longer and if not cut a bit shorter (about 1" on each side), you'll be able to see it through the turbo bumper openings.
2. The bumper is a bit "shorter" on the bottom side. You will not be able to secure it from underneath without making some sort of metal piece to connect it. I just made 3 little tabs from some scrap stainless steel. One end screws to the bumper, the other end screws to the car. If you search, there are some pics of the underside being a bit short. It's not a big deal at all but at least you should know in advance.
The rest of the connection points were direct bolt on. All of the screw holes lined up perfectly.
I forget if you need new eyebrows. I bought new ones just to have new ones so don't know if the other ones would transfer right over.

Thanks Jay I appreciate it. Where did you get the eyebrow lids from? So your car is a 02 with the refresh headlights and all? I think its only 99 - 01 you have to worry about
Yes, I have an '02 with Xenons. The '01 Turbo bumper fit fine. I bought the eyelids from the stealership - IIRC they were ~$25/each.
I agree, I think the older '99-'01 have an issue but the '02 and > should work fine.
