Fixed it and the approx price paid for the parts from what I remember.
It appears that there are many new owners joining the fold recently and asking for mod advice. I figured that people who have modded their car can share their mods and the value feedback on those mods vs money paid. It will be 1 to 5. 5 being the highest value. I will start:
Performance Mods:
EVO CAI - 3 (EVO cold air intake) $500
SSK - 5 (B&M short shift) $200
PSS9 - 4 (Bilstein adj coilovers) $1800
GT3 sways and adj drop links - 4 $500 + $300
Farnbacher custom flash - 5 only if you have headers, intake and exhaust to make it worth while.
Fabspeed headers & Exhaust - 5
Cosmetic Mod:
Spacers -3
Tequipment Exhaust tips - 4

Cold Air Return Hose and cap
: 3 (Cheap knock off for $115; gives a throaty sound to the motor when under heavy acceleration)
X74 Suspension
: 5 ($2000 installed; Porsche Euro Suspension, lowers car 1 1/2" and is complete bolt on with no adjustment)
B&M Short Shift Kit
: 4 ($200: A good DYI (actually all things mentioned here are DYI) that decreases the amount of travel the shifter needs to make to engage into another gear.)
Brake Pads
: 5 ($400-600; currently have Hawks HP's but will be changing soon; one of the most important safety upgrades you can do. Most of us are worried about only the tires but the brake pads go hand in hand. Must include a good set of tires)
Stripped and Powder Coated Wheels
: 4 ($360 find a local shop and they can do any color under the rainbow)

Yellow Headlight Film
: 10 ($80 installed; The thick mil film protects your headlights but the best part is now my headlights really do look like a fried egg! AND I gained 80 HP)
