Of a car with that low of miles. Chances are it has the original RMS & IMS, and has not had any of the update TSBs done to it. Plus I bet it has its original tires, and brake fluid in it.

Yes, that does happen, but usually it is the exception rather than the rule. Any older low mileage car must be suspect that it has not had updates to it.

What you are dicussing is the delema when buying an older car with very low miles. I personally would want to buy a car that has been driven about 3-5K per year and somewhat on a weekly basis, and with, of course all the documentation of service. Many things must be replaced just due to age such as brake fluid, plugs, oil, some other fluids, even tires. etc. ALso the car should be started at least bi-weekly and run until hot. ANd a quick run abound town wouldn;t hurt as well. There a seals in the car that depend on warm oil to penetrate and lubricate the parts. Low miles definitely does not mean no trouble.
