I had the same issue initially and was able to resolve it by changing the order of installation.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have seen this on many cars and mine is doing it too and it is drving me insane.
The front bumper cover. If you look close it appears the cover is sagging in the front..
PIX ON THE WAY HAD TO MAKE AND EDIT TO POINT IT OUT
here look at this while I edit
Is there a big gap between the bottom of the headlights and bumper? If so I had the same issue. If you take the bumper off, you will see that the bumper will slide into a sleeve. I forgot how I did mine but you can move that sleeve up making it a tighter fit. You will have to move other things to get to it though. Its easier than it looks..... nice hour or so project.
I had the same issue initially and was able to resolve it by changing the order of installation. If you read the installation instructions closely you'll see that they specify attaching all of the vertical screws/attachment points before the horizontal (damn my brain, it might be the opposite). It doesn't seem like a big deal, but it allowed me to bring everything into alignment. Unfortunately I don't have the document at work or I'd post it.

I dunno what I am going to do with it. But it bother the heck out of me. It just makes the car look hit at some point.
if I fix it. I will post how.
Now that first pix.......... we need a plan to get that bumper cover off... I may need some help fom Al Cohole?
i Dont think its fixable with out a new cover. It seems like its alike a 70 year old set of *****. Things are just sagging. There is a point where the cover jams up into the fender to pull it tight at the front corner where the sag is. The mounting point is sagging on the cover. Over all I chalk it up to a poor design for mounting. I tried adjusting the other brackets but it make little change over all.
I may try some of the beading the 928 has between its bumper over and fenders. I guess I will put her back together. But man the sloppy fit DRIVES ME NUTS
that was a complete waste of 2 hours
