Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Well at 53yrs of age I finally got my Porsche, its a 99 coupe, arena red, with sachs pessure plate and aluminum FW. I spent a lot of time studying all the posts and pros and cons, she does rumble a bit in neutral but really is easy to drive.....in all honesty the car is capable of far more than I will ever use, but it sure makes an old man happy......I am up in BC Canada but the clutch work was done by GMG......comments would be appreciated, the work was done in July 07, about 15000kms ago.......this is a great forum, so much info.....thxs everyone.
Its never "just another new guy"
Everyone is special! !!
Welcome, Post some pics and be proud!
Long wait.... are you wondering why you didnt do it sooner now?
Will post pics asap.....didn,t get my porsche sooner simply because couldn,t afford it....AND NOT SURE I CAN NOW!!!! but I have never driven anything like this......wheeeeeee!
hahahahaha
I know about the "not sure I can afford it" too, But on the other hand wouldnt it be terrible to have dreamed all those years and never at least tried to afford it - even if you fail......
Congrats!!! Are you on the island? I'm out by the Westshore and am looking for a 996 too. I'm just starting my search - will finally replace my 01 Audi S4!
Hey - sounds like you bought Rodrigo's car. That car was a smoking deal. I drove it and loved it, and almost bought it, and probably should have, but I didn't care for the Arena Red. Don't get me wrong, it's a great colour, but just not for me.
You got yourself a real little hot rod there. Believe me, they aren't all that well set up. Enjoy it...be careful.
Make sure you bring that thing to a PCA event soon. This Saturday in fact we're having a BBC tour to Squamish. We meet at 06:00 at Caulfield Starbucks. Last month there were more than 60 Porsches out for this tour. It's massive!
Hi Rajeshr, yes I,m out near sidney, if I can help in anyway let me know.....Jasper, yes I did, its reassuring someone else thinks its a good deal, I have exported it over to the island so may not see you very often......can I give you my email....don,t want to do anything I shouldn,t on the site....so many questions....I get to go a ride again tomorrow, wheeeeee!
Sidney
