Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Next one probably will be hyudralic cylinder repair on soft top, but I also have ML350 with bunch of stuff apart as I need to fix timing on it, so that takes most of my time now.

Run high quality, high moly/high viscosity oil and change it 2x a year.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hello, Just made introduction video to my 996
You Tube
Let me know what you think, if its good or bad deal and if you have any feedbacks or comments to issues i have with the car.
Congrats on the 996.2. You got it for a good price. Looks like you have a long list of cars you have worked on in your video collection. Looking forward to your videos in the 996.
Best advice I can give you is to take care of the engine first, before you spend money on the other stuff you listed. The 3.6 is a very durable engine and easy to keep running strong, so you dont have to spend money on a swap or rebuild if you are smart.
1. Test your oil to see whats in it and engine condition.
2. Drop your sump and cut open your oil filter to see whats in them.
3. Scope your bores to see their condition.
If all look good then do the following bullet proof the engine.
1. Replace your water pump with an oem plastic blade pump.
2. Upgrade your IMSB to either the LN Retro or LN Solution.
3. Upgrade your AOS to the UAOS with track drain.
4. Run high quality, high moly/high viscosity oil and change it 2x a year.
Sure, there are plenty of other things to do, but these are the most important to prevent catastrophic failure. Other refresh items like cooling system, power steering, suspension, exhaust, exterior and interior items can be done over time since their faikure doesn't lead to engine failure.
Good luck!
I am here. Just not doing too much repairs on it so far. Just replaced hood struts and climate control screen. Made videos for those too, but did not post yet and plus i am sure everyone know how to repair those
