Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Has anyone used the philips xenon conversion kit from hidxenonlights.com? http://www.hidxenonlights.com/porsch...sion-kit-p-195 I am not sure of their reputation. For $300.00 it may sound like a good price, but are the components of quality construction. I am curious to hear if anyone has converted their headlights and what they used.

POST 2Original post

i got mine from ddmtuning.com, work amazing! and was shipped for like $50. have multiple other friends with them, plug in play and good quality.

POST 3Original post

I agree, I have 2 sets and cost $60. And work as good as factory $1500 lights. All you get is a ballast, which converts the 12v to the usable power for the HID bulb. You can convert any style bulb to a HID Xenon bulb and then power it with a ballast., Plus you can choose the color of the light, like our factory Xenons are about equal to 6000K or 8000K You can do the brights and the fogs to, so all are equal color. Look on the internet for HID conversion kits or ebay

really they are that good ? I can't believ the factory still charge $1000 for it
