Anyone know what these tubes are for. I check transmission oil and it seems fine. Brake fluid seems fine as well. The fluid is like a clear and oily. puddle on floor from the leak

No I had it up north, Sudbury Ontario going down a real bumpy side road at night with a lot of snow. Hit a spot and when I got out later, I noticed I ripped the front mud flap off. Must have also pinched the line underneath.
