Misha is awesome, a bit low on specs of the car.
Would be interesting to know if he has done much else to the motor....
I didn't think he was too complimentary of the car/platform as a whole. I wasn't expecting him to gush over it, but he seemed to approach it as more of a "if its cheap enough, this could be a good car for you". I think a lack of information on the specific example, and the intended use case hindered his review. Misha is a hardcore track guy and this is certainly not a hardcore track car. Probably a lovely 996 but Misha was truly at a loss for words while driving it and struggled to find more than a few basic things he appreciated about the car.

Owner has posted on FB about it. There's some numpties thinking it is mezger which the owner corrects but there's some details in there

I subscribe to Misha’s YT channel. He bought a corvette to run around the ring. He drove this corvette around the ring with “will kill you” tires - in several episodes. While he’s a pleasant enough fellow, has he crashed enough that it’s affecting his judgment?
Its a fair video I think, he treats the 996 well. Only good things to say at the end, be appreciates the vibe, the modern comforts and analogue experience, like most recent reviews. They cover car setup at the start, base Carrera, Ohlins R&T. The owner even corrects Misha when he says Mezger. Only option was factory LSD (Misha says aftermarket during the lap but the owner corrects him in the intro - which was shot after the lap). I think these gaffs are pretty indicative of his ignorance of the platform and base model cars generally, in spite of his track experience. That makes his advice on them a little dubious, but also makes his feedback a bit more candid in my opinion. He drives the **** out of it, its pretty precise while its moving around under him. It looks like a ton of fun to be honest, and it never gets away from him. Makes me want to drive mine!
The owner previously sold it on his auction website last year, the listing is here:

It mentions an x-pipe and that the engine was replaced 40k km ago but the car did nearly 30k since this auction last year.
I visited the Ring a few years ago and met Misha as I rented from Apex to run some laps. Some days he meets a 2 or 3 owners to do laps in their cars and shoot clips, so hes not going to be super jazzed for every set. Hes running endurance events in the GT3 Cup car now, so just the fact hes enjoying this thing dancing around, and his complimentary valuation compared to the contemporary stuff he frequently drives, says a lot. He very recently released a video in a 997 GT3 that belongs to the CEO of Fanatec its back after a long list of upgrades because he picked it apart last time, mainly the rear bushings he talks about here.
The real value in his reviews is that hes a known quantity, reviewing on a consistent but very broadly varied circuit. Ive watched a ton of his videos and dont always agree, but hes a known yardstick, so I can compare with my experience across similar hardware. Not unlike Top Gear or John Davis on MotorWeek.
Hes building an old civic and a corvette C6Z06 now as personal projects. The tires dont have to be very good so long as they are consistent and arent at risk of coming apart. You find their limits and drive within it, no different than you would in a bit of weather. In his case, shaking down the car, it also removes the temptation to prematurely push or measure the car, because its just a feeler run and it wont be indicative with such a handicap. Hes just keeping things light.
