Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Install rear wiper' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Install rear wiper' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hello everyone,
This is my first post. After a few weeks of searching, I found my car. I bought a 2003 C4S black on black. It only has 10,500 miles.
I also joined the PCA and hope to particapate in some DE events.

Congrats on getting the best looking 996 ever built. You will need 5 posts, or something like that before you can post some pix...so go ahead and burn those up fast. Also...if you become a member for 18 bucks a year....you'll get the most valuable knowledge available on this globe...especially in the 'off topic' forum.

Congratulations
Way to take care of business JBRipps. I had no idea one needs a minimum amount of post to post pictures
+1 on the pics and welcome to this crazy site, it has much to offer.
Congrats!! Post some pics, please. If you don't mind sharing, give us an idea of what you paid (curious as to the current market for these cars), options, etc. Good luck, enjoy, and welcome to Rennlist!! Oh yeah, your becoming a member would be most welcome. It's well worth it.
Ahem!
< Tim clears his throat >
Rene, Welcome to Rennlist and Congrats on getting your sweet looking P-car. Well, at least I "think" it is sweet looking, but I can't tell for sure because you didn't post any pics or your car.
It is customary for Newbies to tell us a little about their car (options) and post a couple of pics. I guess the "Newbie Initiation" is in order here, so I'll phrase this a nicely as I can.
Hey, Newbie, where do you think you are.... on a Bimmer Board??? Come on, post the !@#$%^&* pics!!!
BTW, this is meant in good fun, and is NOT intended to scare you away (the other guys MAKE me do this).
Again, Welcome to Rennlist! There are a lot of really good people here, and then there is me!
Can't wait to see the pics!
Do you guys want to see pics? Just kidding. Ok, I just paid my membership so pics are on the way. Oh and yes this is my first p-car but it has been a dream since I was a kid.
I have collected muscle cars for years but I am realy looking foward to a "new" car. One that isnt going to rust if I park it on the grass for an afternoon.
Pics on the way.
Although I don't own a C4 I do own a C2 and the good news is that it is black like your Porsche. welcome to the forum that is able to help you in so many ways with Porsche questions and so much more!
another one. Oh I paid $52,000 which is probably high but it has warranty and I really was tired of looking. I probably drove 400 miles shopping around.
As far as options I know it has full leather and HIDs. I am giong to post a pic of the sticker, maybe someone can decifer it for me.

+1. I got a bit alarmed with earlier posts elsewhere!
Congrats on the new ride!! Remember, the C4S comes standard with a lot of things the C2 has as options, so a list of the options by itself is not complete.
Great looking car and excellent price. There has been some real depreciation on these cars, and with the market as it is, they can be bought right. If the car is in perfect shape with 10K miles, you've done very well.
Sorry the Alfa's not for sale. Alot of cars have come and gone but the Alfa has always stayed. Its a 74 so it doesnt have those ugly huge black bumpers that later cars did.
beautifull looking machine - take a look at the hips through your side mirrors on tthe next drive. great view!
as a previous Alfa owner i am guessing it is the only car to have stayed because you can't get it going long enough the find a buyer? - just kidding, but mine did make my English cars seem relaible.
I knew the abuse was coming
What can I do, I grew up in Europe and there all the cars are hatchbacks with rear wipers so I got used to the look.
I still vote for the rear wiper
and not the paper one
