Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

38 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

...............for my bike... They are pretty "blingy" but at least they're light.

POST 2Original post

Ray...sweet Whats the total weight of the bike? Do you do triathalon's?

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yep, I do tri's. My first one of the year is coming up in May. I have not weighed the bike in a while. If memory serves it weighs around 18 lbs.

POST 5Original post

Quotes source post: 5082356

Yes, exactly twice as many as you or I.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 5082356

Come on Ben, ya gotta love the bike bling! Carbon wheels, frame, bars, brake levers, and bottle holders. This thing is a "sick ride". BTW, I like your friends in the new avatar.

POST 7Original post

I stand corrected. Can't blame an old guy for trying!

POST 9Original post

how do you think they will hold up against those chi town roads? my bike got owned from some of these landcraters we call roads in NJ

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 5082424

I do my long rides way west of the city, on country roads. Less traffic, fewer potholes, and a big decrease in car to bike hate out there.

POST 11Original post

are you sure you couldn't get 27s on there . . .

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 5082540

I'm not sure....the bike is lowered. Tim, what do you think?

POST 16Original post

Nice bike When i was in Switzerland i became familiar with BMC and they make some amazing bikes. I need to add a $5000 bicycle to the garage ASAP!

POST 17Original post

Quotes source posts: 5082540, 5082749

Ray, you can get 27's on there, no problem! But if you want to try 28's, you'll probably need spacers or have to "roll the forks."

POST 19Original post

Quotes source post: 5082867

My $$$$ bike has been in the basement since I bought my 996 PS: Nice title for thread!

POST 20Original post

nice wheels... could use some more lip... i recommend you go with the staggered look... and maybe some wider tires...

POST 22Original post

What's the current thoughts on 700's vs 26" or 27"s? Smaller diameter, good for acceleration, takes a hit on top end. LOL... Enjoy, nice wheels.

POST 23Original post

Quotes source post: 5083532

That is hilarious!

Now that's blingalicious!!

POST 30Original post

Mmmmm... Kuota Kalibur on Zipps... nice ride, but then again I am a bit biased

POST 32Original post

Nice bike and new wheels. Kuota is on my short list of possible bikes to someday replace my S-Works. I think some these guys might be shocked at how much one of those wheels cost.

POST 33Original post

Someone should start a "post your bike" thread. Sounds like some interesting ones out there . . .

POST 34 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 5086932

Shhh......It really is a ridiculous amount. I hope they're worth it....

POST 35 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 5086252

Beautiful bike!!

POST 36Original post

Quotes source post: 5086932

Yeah, but what usually shocks them even more is when I let them hold my front wheel and they realize it weighs about the same as your average t-shirt! Just like cars, fast bikes are all about power-to-weight ratio and good aerodynamics.

POST 37Original post

Quotes source post: 5087097

I'm sure you'll like 'em. I remember when I was weeping about how much my Mavic Ksyriums cost. But I never thought about it after I rode 'em. "Just like cars, fast bikes are all about power-to-weight ratio and good aerodynamics." Very true. I'd love to get me some zero gravity brake calipers. Of course, I could stand to lose some weight myself. I think roadies are weirder than P-car owners when it comes to upgrading and tinkering with their machines...

POST 38 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'd like to upgrade to the new Kuota Kueen K at some point. http://www.kuotanorthamerica.com/cat...rie.aspx?id=16 http://www.trisports.com/kuota-kueen...hannelid=FROOG But at this point my Kalibur is so sweet to ride, I can't bear to give it up.
