Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi all,
I just wanted to introduce myself - first time caller, long time listener.
4 weeks ago I traded my 2005 STi for an 2000 C4. She only has 20k miles and I love her! She's my first although it's always been a dream of mine to own a Porsche.
Due credit to my wife for pushing me to "Just Do It!"
Thanks to all the forum members for all the great info.
Best,
John G.
The was sold by a Porsche dealer who had done all the past service since it was new. I'm the second owner.
I was looking through classifieds for about 6 months. I missed a great opportunity to buy a black 2008 Cayman and was beating myself up. Then this gem showed-up and the very next day I picked her up.
I think the only issue might be tie-rod ends on the front passenger-side. I'm getting a creaking when turning to the right. No worries, I purchased a warranty.
Thanks for the nice welcome!
JG
Nice ride! I picked my 996 over a cayman for canine reasons. If you already haven't, come out and join the chicago PCA. Autocross for newbies (like me) is tomorrow & there are some track events coming up!
