I have a vinyl bra that I have used on rare occassions.

Suggestion
If the bra stays on when wet then dries in the sun or by wind from driving overtime the cover will begin to tighten/shrink.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I know the post is useless w/o pics. I will post when I get back from dinner. My bra has I assume chaffed the paint on the hood and front bumper. I used Meguiars swirl remover,ScratchX and Paint ploish. I don't think I really polished it enough as the hood still had some fine scratches and H2O marks. I think I need to get a tad more serious with the texture of the product. All were applied with a D/A buffer. Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
Try going over the area with 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner. Sometimes that line is just road crud that has built up under the lips. Bras should be taken off every other week or so and vacuumed out.
Well, aside from the obvious...
If the bra stays on when wet then dries in the sun or by wind from driving overtime the cover will begin to tighten/shrink. You'll note that with subsequent use it starts to go on tighter and tighter. When that happens, it will rub when in contact with the car. Up here in the NW even when it isn't raining we have a significant degree of humidty. I suspect that the bra has gotten tighter because it has dried out a bit.
I have a vinyl bra that I have used on rare occassions. When it looked like rain, which, up here, as you know, is usually every day, I won't even consider using it.
On the few ocassions I did use it, at the first bit of rain it came off. When I return I made sure to sray a little bit of VinylX on the bra and then fold it up and put it away.
Would like to see some pics.

If you had made her wear a sexy wonderbra rather than granny undies you wouldn't have that problem now would you?? The lines would have been under the car . . . That'll teach you.
