The Techquipment Aerokit fits onto a stock bumper....the factory aerokit replaces the whole bumper cover...those may still be available.

Be much cheaper to try to find used components. Side skirts are ok new but the rear wing is expensive new. Someone just posted a complete rear wing for sale for a good price and I occasionally see MK1 front bumpers for sale as well. IMO...

my guess would be that if you can buy it new.... it would be around $6k-$7k, maybe more. Used is the way to go.

Thanks for the help!, parts are fine, to piece mail it as a project. I would like to go OEM but Porsche Tequipment no longer makes the Aerokit any more, and I could be waiting for for a long time to find it all on e-bay classifieds etc.

No, the Techquipment Aerokit is the same thing, it replaces the whole bumper cover. It's essentially the MK I or II GT3 front bumper cover depending on the year of the car.
