Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

They updated them for the 997 and that's what they changed the spec to for M96 engines.

With that said, counterfeit parts are endemic so I did check gaps as a means to ensure the parts were fit for service, all we pretty much bang on the .032.
Leading evidence: 'Replace spec' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check gaps as a means' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

So my first question is the spark plugs, I removed ngks and replaced with Bosch 7413, but i noticed the ngks only had one ground electrode and the Bosch has 4.

I changed my spark plugs out along with a vacuum leak repair(brake booster elbow and seal going into intake manifold) and an intake plenum leak repair(forward most plenum wasnt installed correctly and had a gap on the back side going into right intake manifold), now my engine seems as if its missing and has hesitation only noticeable while idling and accelerating from 1st gear up to 1200-1500 rpm.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Is there an ecm relearning process or should I be looking at something else? Thanks
I have been running the NGK iridium's for the last 6 years and are fine, I did gap them at .031/.8 mm, most plugs come gapped at 1.0 mm. because of the higher compression I keep it at OEM specs.
the
NGK ZFR6K-13 do come gapped at .032. which are within tolerance.
The differences in gap size on new, otherwise similar plugs is interesting.
I went NGK because they had the right gap. All these new plugs say DO NOT GAP. With the better 997 coils behind them I dont think spark blowout is very likely regardless of gap though, and I fear a dropped electrode far more than a miss-fire, so I would have run them at whatever gap they came in at.

They updated them for the 997 and that's what they changed the spec to for M96 engines. They are a little taller so you have to space out the heat shield.
The Bosch plugs are fine, what I use.
ok, thanks for the reply. For some reason the engine isnt firing right, after plug change. Nothing else was changed that would cause this, atleast in my opinion, im novice at best. So thats why i was gonna go back to the NGKS.
Aren't most anti-sieze compounds high in metallic content? Won't most, or at least some, of the compound be squeezed out at the high pressure points and allow a ground connection?
