This is not a probability of success.

i've used the blacks once or twice for de and had no issues, but i do prefer the 9012's (blue) for the track.

Anyone recommend an upgrade that does not affect the braking on normal roads where I do most of my driving.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

My pads squeal and fade after a few hours on the track. Anyone recommend an upgrade that does not affect the braking on normal roads where I do most of my driving. Someone suggested PAgid or EBC yelllowstuff.

POST 2Original post

Either Pagid or the Porsche Sport Pads. Pagid will give you more options to choose from depending on the type of temps you run and the type of event you will run. You can drop them in before you head to the track (or even at the track) and then switch back after the track day (back to the street pads).

POST 3Original post

hawk hps (black) have worked well for me especially on the street-- no squeal and very low dust. i've used the blacks once or twice for de and had no issues, but i do prefer the 9012's (blue) for the track. a few good pad choices out there and alot of it comes down to personal preferences. i know that for me, i prefer the hawks over padgid.
