Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 3Original post

I noticed that the new 3-series comes standard with them now. I guess they last longer.

POST 4Original post

Make sure you get one for the front plate too!

I've got one of those, its just plastic that looks like CF.

POST 9Original post

I actually don't see anything that bad about it. It's just replacing the filament bulbs with LED's, correct? Unless you went with purple, green, red, etc I think it looks factory and even a bit more modern than the yellowinsh tint of the OEM bulbs. The newer BMW's and Mercedes both have LED's now if I remember correctly.

POST 10Original post

No. That is unless you also put them on the front and underneath the rockers. I've always wanted my car to look like a Christmas tree. It's a real classy appearance!!

POST 11Original post

Why would you want your plate to be more visible is my question.

POST 12Original post

I am thinking of doing exactly that and putting some neon light UNDER my P-car.... I have seen some ricenonies driving around like that and think it looks great!! NOT

For the full effect, remove the engine bay fan to get some extra room there, and put neon where it was. The neon glow would look sick coming from the grill on the decklid. There isn't, really. It's cleaner looking than the yellow tint as long as it's just the bulbs that are being replaced. Still not something I'm going to run out and switch. I usually leave mine burned out. There's a lot of companies switching over to them.
