Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Leading evidence: 'Use some hyper white bulb in mine' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Use some hyper white bulb in mine' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

My wife just gave me some nice clear side markers for Father's day
I went to swap them out and the old ones pop out easily enough. However I need to swap the bulbs too if I want to keep the orange color at night.
My new side markers seem to have a pull off connection for the bulb holder but the one that is on the car seems to have a one piece unit (it is an '03 car) so it does not seem to be a straight swap.
To swap the bulb there is a clip on the one on the car that looks like it needs to be removed before the bulb can be swapped out, however I wondered if anyone can tell me how to get this clip out since it does not want to easily pull off - I am sure to break something if I start experimenting.
Thanks!
Barry
Also, the bulb should just twist out if you grab it by the connector. I'll go grab one (I don't know if I can come up with a bulb right away, but I'm sure I can later this afternoon)
I use some hyper white bulb in mine. Stock bulbs are white and will have a yellowish white light.
When lit, my hyper white look like xenon white light which I think does the job in marking the car in poor visibility. The bulb just twist and pull off. You can get orange bulbs for $2-3 at auto supply store.
Patrick,
Thanks so much. For me the clear side markers came with removable bulb holders but the bulb holders on my car were of a slightly different design. Having a picture showing that all I had to do was swap the bulbs (and I didn't know that they just pulled out like that) made life very easy - 8 minutes from start to finish.
Thanks very much!
Barry
Already have the PSE (with the button) so nothing to do there...except perhaps that thing that stops it turning into quiet mode between 25 and 45...
Suspension? So far I am doing OK at AutoX with it so I will leave it like this until it causes me a problem!
