Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I turned into car park, there was several bollards, dont know if it was the quick rack (trying to find an excuse) but as I was turning left in to parking space, turned into one of them.
Leading evidence: 'quick rack (trying' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'quick rack (trying' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

It looks like owning a Porsche has brought a lot of problems to a lot of people and sorry to hear that, but at the end of the day, I have come to realize (and you all should), that it can be a costly exercise, but come on, we are living the dream.
I use to hear the horror stories and long before joining the forums. (In fact long before the internet) and I use to think yeh yeh. But take for example me two weeks ago. Did a right Girly move. I turned into car park, there was several bollards, dont know if it was the quick rack (trying to find an excuse) but as I was turning left in to parking space, turned into one of them. Hit left wheel and snapped wishbone clean in half and bent shocker. Not going to say how much the bill was but I had to cancel order on me avic dvd/sat nav

and my driving skill tarnished. Porsches can cost serious money to run.
Anyway financial issues to one side, just to be out in the 911 is such a thrill, my daily journey can either be through the city or right round on the bypass, I tend to go through as I believe I get more exposure on that route. Im not one for wanting to wake up and its only 15mins from bed to 911 but 10 mins prior to leaving I will go and start the baby up so that shes all nice and warm, engine and tiptronic oil are ready and upto working temperature. Bonus is that cabin is warm and the glass is all nice and clear.
Straight into manual position. (can keep revs higher) Quick turns on the steering wheel to scrub tyres up (like F1 drivers do coming up to the start line) and on me third bend, with window slightly open listen to that beautiful sound coming from the back end as I open her out in second gear and the smiles begin. It doesnt matter if your in traffic, your in a Porsche, you can still turn heads whilst making the most of the little road space youve got. Even accelerating flat out up to 35mph and then backing off can look and sound awesome.
I dont condone speeding in anything more than a national speed area, which are 60 or 70mph. Will go into more detail on how to get plenty of exposure at a later date, also great trick how to get pass traffic on dual carriageways, which you can only do in a proper sports car.
What I need is my back wing to have two modes. Rural mode, as it is normally and Urban Mode so that it lifts at 35mph and down at 5mph. Dosnt have to be switch able, both modes can work together. Why do I want it?
Well from the light your flat out to 35 so over speed limit (shows that you have broken the law) and then you tend to cruise at around the 30 mark and when you are slowing down the wing goes down. It doesnt matter if its going up and down on a regular basis. Imagine the kids in the car behind, shouting Dad did you see that? Keep up with him Dad and Dad saying I cant son its a 911. Anybody got any ideas so I can pass them on to my vehicle electrical crew? How do these Forums work should I post my request in the technical section?
