I emailed this "seller" and asked him to call me. I received the following response by email:

Thanks for being interested in buying my 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe. It is in a good condition, no scratches,no damages,never been implicated in any accidents,no problems at the engine,runs very well. It has an 6 Cylinder 3.4L H6 SFI DOHC, 10000 miles, clear title, a perfect car. The price is not negotiable , $31000 USD firm. I experienced something similar with a craigslist ad for a 996TT for $20k (right!). The guy says it's in LA though he's on vacation but could get the car shipped to me. I said I can go to LA personally and checkout the car... and I'll bring cash if he has the title in hand. He never responded back.
The wording of the e-mail itself is a dead give away without even getting into the other warning bells listed by other posters. This is a very feeble attempt to get someones money.

Tell him you want to inspect the car. If it's not local, say that you have a fellow club member there who will inspect it you you. If it's a scam (and it seems like it), you won't hear back from him.
