Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Just got my first Porsche, a '04 911 C4 w/55,000 on her. I had many Audi's most recently a TT, but always wanted a 911. I live in Wausau, WI and wondering if anyone is near here. I appreciate this Forum for the wealth of knowledge that is shared. I'll be reviewing old posts to attempt to come up to speed on this car.
I appreciate any insights I might gather here in the future.
Welcome .. you and I must be cousins.....I recently bought my 1st 911 , 04 C4S cab, and 3 previous Audis including my last one TT Rq cab. I'm in PA though .. good luck and welcome

Thanks to all, I also have a Austin Healey '63 3000 that I have had for 16 yrs.,- so I know a bit of wrenching. First thing I want to do with the 911 is replace air filter, cabin filter, & gas filter. I notices also the engine support is weak. Where is the best OEM parts outfit?
Useful tips would be helpful & appreciated
Welcome to the board, I myself owned a 02' TT a few years back....fun car but numb when compared to a 911.
ECS tuning has very good prices on oem parts (I am not affiliated in any way)...I have ordered a few times and prices are cheaper than Suncoast.
Welcome!
I learned to wrench on British cars and VWs in the '60s and '70s. I loved them all!
I've been buying parts online from FCP recently. Very good quality, delivery and price.
