Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I got full function of the NAV screen back, I changed the A/C unit temp reading from C to F with no issues, and changed the digital speedo from Km/h to MPH with no hiccups.
Leading evidence: 'Replace a/c unit temp reading' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Disconnect terminal' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I was able to change the digital speedo itself from Km/h to MPH without a problem.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So a DIY involving some electrical work on the C2 tonight. Long story short, I had some issues halfway through, and reset the computer at one point. After that, I finished up the job nicely.
I piece everything back together. Turn her on and input the code into the NAV to get everything moving. I got full function of the NAV screen back, I changed the A/C unit temp reading from C to F with no issues, and changed the digital speedo from Km/h to MPH with no hiccups.
Now I am left with two issues.
1. The digital temp on the electronic speedo display is stuck on Celsius. I have done some searching and can't seem to fix mine. It's a 99 C2 with a stock NAV. I was able to change the digital speedo itself from Km/h to MPH without a problem. Some people claim that the temp readout was supposed to change at the same time. I tried doing the same thing on the trip odometer ***, and had no results. Next I read that you can change it with the function stalk (lower left), and no results here either. This is horribly frustrating, and I would really like to get it fixed.
2. The lifetime odometer reads 599999. This one really really perplexes me. The trip odometer resets with no issues. I've only driven it about 5 miles sense the reset. I was thinking that the engine still has some diagnostics and self code checking to go through and then it would right itself, but I don't think this is very likely.
Someone, please help!! I'm seriously infuriated...
Just figured it out. I'll explain the easy fix for anyone using the "search" function.
I found a solution to the odometer issue in RennTech. I did the following.
Put the key in the ignition.
Disconnect the - terminal on the battery.
Turn key to on.
Turn key to off.
Reconnect battery.
When I did this the odometer immediately switched to its proper mileage. I fired her up after that praying that the temperature reading was back in Fahrenheit, and indeed it was!
