Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I am running Q-Horsepower 10w-40 (good luck finding that one!!)
Leading evidence: 'Run q-horsepower 10w-40 (good luck finding' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). I used to run Blue whale sperm, but it's getting harder to find these days.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

guys i am looking for a newer list that might have mobile 1 (0-30), as authorized. and yes i know my engine is not under any warranty, but i still want to run the right weight.
i bought 0-30 by accident and will return the 0-30 if i MUST use 0-40. thanks in advance.
You had to ask...didn't you? I use 0W40 or 15W50 and sometimes a mix of both. I think a 0W30 oil may be too thin. If you have your Porsche manual check there, if not do a search to make sure.
Oh yeah...the mandatory...
cuz you know this thread is gonna be hijacked.
Nah, 0-30 is not what you want.
Oddly enough, Tom Williams Porsche in Birmingham, AL uses Mobil 1 0-30 in their oil changes. Good job not knowing your own approved oils, guys!
yes, yes i know.
i went back and exchanged the oil. turns out you can get ACEA A3 at walmart. (its only in 0-40) and of course only available by the $6+ quart, not the 5 quart jugs for $22. lol
LOL!!! I copied that pict, that's too funny!

After much reading, and since I live in a climate that is in the 90s regularly (105 the other day), I decided on 5W-50 Castrol Syntec. Bigger viscosity gap between cold/hot than most (45), but still meets Porsche spec, and IMHO 15W-50 is a little too thick for cold starts, but I still wanted the 50 weight cause of the heat.
