Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Sony's digitcam is pretty reliable (most of their other portable electronics aren't) and will shoot continuous movies in VGA resolution until your memory is filled instead of only 15-40sec.

If you're interested in 8x10 prints, viewing your shots on a computer monitor or just posting stuff on the web you can use a smaller resolution camera.

The only downside is you have to use the supplied dock for everything...to transfer images to your PC, to charge the camera, to mount the camera on a tripod, etc.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Any of the new Canon Powershots are great. I have a Canon G5 and could not be happier. Here is a pic to show you how great it is:
Here is a good review site for digital cameras:

Any cheap digital is fine for simply diplaying online or on a computer screen. For the best pictures that will also provide the best prints, archives, etc., then the Nikon Coolpix 8800 is the one. For more compact. go with the Nikom 4800.
I am with riozilla. I just got the Sony DCS-T33 (updated version of the DSC-T3) two weeks ago and it is great. 5.1 megapixels, video with audio capabilities, small and stylish and easily fits in a shirt pocket. The only downside is you have to use the supplied dock for everything...to transfer images to your PC, to charge the camera, to mount the camera on a tripod, etc.
It is a great camera despite the downsides with the dock. I also have a Nikon D70 digital SLR and the combination of the Nikon and the Sony is awesome
FYI, I got the DSC-T33 on sale at Microcenter for $300 and a 512MB Memory Stick Duo for $80.
Fujifilm is
one of the pioneer in digital camera
. Besides, take a look at this(this is an old model now but its the one I use) It also functions as a CyberCam, records video and sound clips.

olympus c-8080. just about to buy one myself. it was rated higher than the nikon 8700 and the canon pro1 by dpreview.com. best in its class in terms of image quality, resolution, and lens quality. i'm getting it for the less than 1 second start up speeds (canon and nikon is like 3~4 seconds) and the image quality. it also has a 25mm wide angle lens position and goes to 140 (not as high as others though). read the review

I'd go for Canon, Sony or Nikon. Of the three brands, Nikon being the least favorite bc it has the least amount of features and costs more. Sony's digitcam is pretty reliable (most of their other portable electronics aren't) and will shoot continuous movies in VGA resolution until your memory is filled instead of only 15-40sec. Canon's S line is bulkier but yields near SLR pic quality. Make sure you test shoot the cam on moving targets such as a person walking in store to see which camera captures better. Most higher priced cybershot are good. Avoid the cheapest models are the pics are often blurrly and noise prone due to cheap guts.
I have owned Nikons since the mid 1970s and still have F2 and F3 film bodies which I haven't used in
years. I currently have Nikon Coolpix 5700 and Sony F717 compacts, and Nikon D70 and D2X SLRs.
You won't beat Nikon optics and the Coolpix 8800 has a 35 - 350 mm optical zoom capability and great close-up (macro) capability. (Don't be swayed by camera ads touting high "digital zoom" capability - it's really a cropping feature that results in a degraded picture. The "optical zoom" is the important feature). The 8800 also has Nikon's VR (Vibration Reduction) technology, which helps give sharper pictures by helping minimize camera vibrations. The 8800 is an 8 megapixel camera so you can shoot JPEG fine or NEF (Nikon's version of RAW) and have large file sizes should you want to make really big enlargements. I'm getting my wife one (so I can use it too). If you go with the Nikon and shoot NEF (RAW), you'll want to get a copy of Nikon Capture 4 software ($99) to open and process the NEF files. Capture 4 has some really neat features - I use it on my NEF files and then move them to Photoshop CS2 if I need anything more.
If you're interested in 8x10 prints, viewing your shots on a computer monitor or just posting stuff on the web you can use a smaller resolution camera. Computer monitors are about 95 pixels per inch (PPI) and good quality photo printers are optimal at about 160 - 200 PPI.
It's probably better to buy something that you think is more than you need, since you may get hooked and want to move up to a higher resolution camera down the road.
