Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Are there anyone here has had any experience of www.performanceproducts.com / www.automotion.com? I ordered a 4-piece set of floormats for my 996tt somewhere around the 13th of April and I have still not got any delivery from them....soon coming up on 2 months later.. I have tryed to get in contact with them on several occasions, both by mail and through there website, but there has been no reply from them. Am I the only one who has had this experience from them??

POST 3Original post

As Dan suggested......the phone does wonders. I have bought TONS of stuff from them (mostly for my Benz) and they are very good on the phone. I was shipped a part that didn't fit and promptly called them. No hassles. They sent me a pre-paid UPS return label and credited me immediately. Definitely will use them again.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Since I live in Sweden i haven't phoned them at all...at least not yet.. I thougth that e-mail would be sufficient.. I will give them a couple of days, and if I don't hear anything from them I will try to reach them on the phone. If I check the "order status" on their web today it says: "Status: Shipped (04/20/05)" I'll keep you all informed.. Regards /Pr

haven't had any complaints about them. But they are customer-oriented so you shouldn't have trouble getting what you want.
