Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

You could chance re-sealing the cover's with out the special tool but run the risk of a dear to engine part coming lose.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

O-rings on the spark plug tube. Mine looked exactly the same, although i had trouble tracking it back to be sure. 3 parts for $10, and an hour of your time will fix this. It stopped my oil pressure fluctuating, and greater than expected loss of oil.
Good luck!

Valve cover/cam cover. There is no gasket for the head covers. It's just sealant applied between the two metals. Prone to leak more when you get on the gas heavier. If it is this then the *special tool* cam holder has to be in place while the head covers are re-sealed. You could chance re-sealing the cover's with out the special tool but run the risk of a dear to engine part coming lose.
Good news is your oil looks clean
Since you have the engine out, I would change IMS bearing/seal upgrade, RMS, chain tensioners, cam chain adjuster pads, spark plug tube seals, cam adjuster seals, AOS, water pump. It's so much easier to do this now as the engine is out as a preventive maintenance.

if you can - this is the laundry list.... bare minimum would be AOS and water pump - how many miles? if low miles I wouldnt touch the cam pads or cam tensioners, plug tubes are super cheap, new plugs would be good, and its a pretty easy time for the IMS upgrade and RMS if those are in your bucket list
I am actually gonna do almost everything on the list except, cam pads, cam tensioners. I am gonna change all seals as well. I am gonna save the IMS a little bit later when i do a whole engine overhaul (: Thanks ivan for the contact.
