Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

15 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261027T150039Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have this Option on my 2004 C4S, i dont know what it is... can anyone help me out here... http://www.renntech.org/forums/index...w_item&CID=461

POST 2Original post

Zookie, what options are listed on your option sticker? Do you have the original invoice? It probably means that you have something from the Exclusive Option list or a particular selection from the personalization selection. I guess you could order a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche. The option(s) in question may be listed on the certificate.

POST 3Original post

Do you have custom colored stitching on the seats and interior leathers? C.

Thats the ting, i just got that Certificate today... when i bought the car from Porsche it said that Option... The link shows all teh Options in my first Post... i dont think anythign is Exclusive on my car... And as for Stitching, none that i can see....

POST 5Original post

Zookie, the "options" listed in the right hand column of your link do not appear to be options. I could be wrong, but the list looks like standard ammenities for for a C4S. Is there a list of options posted in your blog that I don't see? Can you post the option codes from the sticker under the front bonnet or the sticker on the inside front cover of your Maintenance Manual?

My factory options are listed on that Page you have to scroll down to see all the Mods and Options... My Options are listed under FACTORY OPTIONS....

DUHH! I didn't scroll down enough! There has got to be some special option(s) in your car that is not from the normal option list. Probably only you can determine what that option or upgrade is.

POST 8Original post

From my order form for 03 996, Z099 is shown as deviating stiching maybe on steering wheel? and cost $94. I think Chads is on right track.

Zookie, EVERYTHING is exclusive on your car!!

POST 10Original post

zookie... go on renntech and look up the options decoder. if you look up all the posts i made, there shuold also be a master list of every porsche option code. i'll copy it here in a bit if u can't find it.

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ok figured it out... spoke to my Sales Rep at Porsche, he told me All Z Options are Custom Options... I have the "CPZ - Thicker Steering Wheel".... so the Z0997 shows that i have a Custom Tailoring Option in my car which is the CPZ Wheel... thanks for the help guys

POST 13Original post

Quotes source post: 4991899

I want one of those, but it kills me to pay around $1K for a thicker wheel.

POST 14Original post

i've held this thicker steering wheel - it's what the car should come with standard

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

meh i would'nt know.... my Service Rep told me its very very very rare option coz i kept on bugging him about it... Mine was Replaced due to the "Leather Discolouring"... It took about a Year for the Replacement to be "Custom Made" and come in... They said they have only seen 3-4 cars ordered with this option at their Dealership
