I am looking for a good set of track tires and I came across a set on e-bay that would fit my 996. This will be my first set of track tires so I know very little about track tires. I have been on the track about 4-5 days of DE so I am still a beginner and don't need the absolute top of the line tire. My guess is that these would be more than fine for me. They are 225/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear which is what my street tires are now on my 2000 C2. What do you guys think about the tires and the size? thanks. Scott
