I took the car back once again, and they swapped the wheels and tires to make sure it was not a bad tire.

They put the car back on the alignment stand and reset the alignment, which they claim was within the tolerance spec both times.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I recently installed the complete ROWM030 setup on my '03 C4S at a local Porsche speedshop. Upon getting the car back, there was a knocking sound from the strut tower when the suspension was loaded/unloaded and also the car handled strangely when taking right corners, almost like one of the alignment settings on the right frt tire was not tightened at all.
I took the car back after driving it about 50 miles. The tech noted that one of the strut bar mount bolts was lose and the alignment was not set correctly. He proceeded to rectify both issues, which fixed the weird handling and the knocking noise. However, my car now has a definite drift to the right. (about 8 secs to move to a different lane at 30 mph when the steering is released). I took the car back once again, and they swapped the wheels and tires to make sure it was not a bad tire. That was not the problem. They put the car back on the alignment stand and reset the alignment, which they claim was within the tolerance spec both times. Unfortunately, I did not get the alignment printout to compare that against what the ROW spec should be. The car still pulls to the right.
I am taking it in to the Porsche dealer to get the alignment checked again. Any other suggestions?
I had the same issue when I had by JIC's installed. I even went back a couple times. Then I spoke with friend would said this happens when people first get these setups. While it might be something else, it might just be the car is more sensitive to the road. I would bet that with the new alignment and the new suspension, the wheels have a slightly more aggressive setup. So with that, your going to feel more and your car is going to react to the smallest variation in the road.
Does it pull all the time, regardless of what road your on?
The pull becomes more severe if the road is banked. But you definitely have to make minor steering corrections every couple of seconds to keep the car going in a straight line.
Apologies for bumping this thread, but this might be useful for anyone who has had recurring alignment issues.
I took my C4S to the dealer to get it aligned and it turns out that the speed shop alignment rack had some calibration problems with it as the dealer found that many of the settings were off.
Consequently, if your car doesn't track straight after numerous alignments, I would suggest taking it somewhere else.
Car tracks perfectly now.
Also remember that after a spring/suspension change, the springs will settle creating toe in and altering alignment. After I did the X73, the car started to handle poorly, it had settled another 1/2" after a couple of months and really threw off the alignment.
The same happened to me after installing H&R springs. Now that I just finished putting in PSS9's, the car tracks fairly straight. I'll give it a month and THEN get an alignment...
