of course porsche buys the police a brand new car for free, and then won't even replace RMS for their customers..

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Now that is what I call a Police Car! If this were the US; I think applications would skyrocket! Man I'd apply to be a Reserve Officer in my spare time! LOL Man I bet nobody runs away from this guy. They just pull over and accept their just deserts and keep it moving! What is this a 997 Carrera S with an areokit? Anyway Enjoy and I wish this not to be one of your future porsche memories! Rob

POST 3Original post

yeah, this is a techart car. It's been showing at various car events

POST 4Original post

that car sure is getting alot of media attention.. i've seen pictures of it all over the place.. of course porsche buys the police a brand new car for free, and then won't even replace RMS for their customers.. <g> (i've never had rms, but i find that quite ironic.. if porsche is going to give something away for free, it should be to help pay for the customers problems that actually shelled out $100k for their vehicles i'd think.. not the individuals that pull them over and ticket them me thinks..)

POST 5Original post

Bob, it was Techart that bought and modified this car, not Porsche...

POST 6Original post

I actually like the techart aerokit better than the oem one, it's just too damn big.

POST 7Original post

I can recommend a good psychiatrist for you Bob-The boys in the white coats will be around soon

POST 8Original post

Where is the shotgun mounted? Is the mount OEM or does TechArt sell the bracket as well? I'm looking for a good way to carry my Tactical Benelli with me.

POST 9Original post

Bob, had you actually paid 100K for your car and not "the steal" you got it for at the Ford dealer, then you would in fact have had a warranty and wouldn't be so bitter. But then again, I enjoy the current Bob and not the "what could have been Bob". Keeps us on our toes.

POST 10Original post

http://service.spiegel.de/cache/inte...327540,00.html This is so funny. The cheif traffic cop in sofia Bulgaria hangs out on the main shopping street in this carrera that was confiscated in a police raid. He thinks he is a yuppy or someting. I love the east As for P cars on the autobahn, the first time I saw one was almost 20 years ago when I was on trip to Austria, so I guess it is nothing new for ze germanz

POST 11Original post

a convertible porsche cop car... must be nice on those sunny days for him <g>

POST 12Original post

You would think they would install some 150 MPH roof lights. Those don't look too aerodynamic.
