Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Some of you may have seen this. But I just saw it and thought of sharing it for those who have not. http://www.break.com/index/firstpersoncrash.html

POST 2Original post

Wow, that does not look real good. What sort of Porsche is that? Surprised the roof collapsed like that. Looks like a reason to get a roll cage.

POST 3Original post

That is not a Porsche, IIRC it is a Subaru. Video is from a DE a few years ago at Lime Rock Park, heading into the Uphill.

POST 4Original post

That definitely is not the interior of a Porsche. Notice the older vintage Porsche pulling away and NOT flipping.

POST 5Original post

does insurance cover incidents like that at a DE?

POST 6Original post

DE insurance coverage has been a popular topic of discussion. It really depends on the company if a DE incident will be covered. Some owners have had their coverage cancelled while others have had incidents paid for and their coverage maintained. This driver made the common mistake of taking an earlier apex than the car he was following and then lifting when he realized his mistake. It's good to see him unhurt. Is he reaching up to prop up the liner or is the roof truly collapsed from what appears to be a mild accident?

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yup K964 is right! Its a Subaru at Lime Rock!

POST 8Original post

...sonmething to be said for German engineered...Subarus are great car for the price. Thankfully you pay more but get more with a p-Car.
