Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello all, I'm just following some threads about how much to sell private 996's for here in the USA. One of my collegues in Italy was kind enough to search for used prices in Italy. See attachement. They are worth far more over there than here. It's amazing! Keep in mind the Euro to USD exchange is about 1.35 today. Has someone found a way to sell and ship these over the pond?

A lot of European are gobbling up exotics here... I know a guy who sold 3 overseas... there are some that sells to Euro from ebay alone.

POST 3Original post

Prices in Italy are the cheapest in Europe but I don't trust in non official Porsche dealers there. I have family in Milano and Know the way of working. There are thousands of 996 for sale in Europe. I don't understand why to go there to purchase a Porsche and import to US. Dollar vs Euro is a handicap too

POST 4Original post

Prices are much higher in Germany and other weatern countries. I just shipped my car to Europe instead of selling it for nothing in Canada. My c2 is now worth at least 50 euros and is considered lightly used with 50kms since most cars in Europe are driven everyday and have at least 80kms on them.
