Suggestion

You need to remove the boot to get to the set screw (if yours actually has one, mine did).

I am installing the ssk and there is supposed to be a set screw in the shifter **** that holds it on.

It took about 1 and a half hours--really easy--I mean really easy--just a tough time getting the shift **** off--I removed the shifter with the **** on and used an open end wrench and a hammer to get it off once it was out of the car--everything else was maybe 3/4 of an hour--great mod and yes this was the B & M in car ssk...JEFF
