Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Hey everyone, have a 99 C4 here and looking to do some painting since I have been so impressed with what I have seen lately. This is the "Viola Metallic" color C4 and I was wondering what everyone thought - should I go with Yellow or Red Calipers? I was thinking either Yellow with Dark Gray Porsche decals or Red with White Porsche Decals - any input would be greatly appreciated!
Full aerokit with gt trim... with 19" BBS LM running R compunds 9/f 11.5r with rolled fenders, GT3 seats and rollbar with 6 point harness. front plate delete, lightweight battery mod, RS brake scoops with pagid orange pads, SS brake lines with motul fluid. Moton full suspension, adjustable control arms....
While your at it, sunroof delete, carbon Fiber hood and side mirrors... supercharge it ( I would go with 8 psi boost)... you should be good from here. If you want to go further, strip out the interior to bare metal including your airbags (leave the gt3 seats)....from here, better make it a full roll cage....
oh and go with RED... white stencils, it'll stop better in this color
Rdridge is illustrating for you the slippery slope you are venturing down. Some people have done everything he listed, and run up costs of $25K in the process if not more. You're doing it right, do the least expensive mods like this one first and get a feel if you have a taste for it.
And yes, red with white lettering.
As a fellow owner of a blue 996 I'd suggest sticking with silver. You've got so much color with the body of the car already, I wouldn't mix in red or yellow.
2 Reds and 2 stocks...I have to admit I am definitely looking for a cheap project, and being a newer owner of a 996 and definitely new to this forum I am going to leave it up to you guys to decide...perhaps I could re-paint them silver with new decals...Any other thoughts on red calipers or silver calipers? Anyone have any pics with this done?
Thannks again for all your thoughts!
