Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I run 4f,3r with front sway full soft, and rear 1 from full soft.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Now the test drive begins! Had my Pss9's, Eibach sways and short shift kit installed yesterday. What a difference in just the drive home. Going out today to any local twisty i can find and test it out. Post before and after pics and feedback when i get home tomorrow!
Thank you to Akkurat for a great job!
UPDATE:
OK, drove about 300 miles yesterday, a trip across hwy 198 to the central coast. Lots of twisty and lots of long straights. The car rides incredible. The pss9's are set at 4f/3r and the car is solid. No body roll or twist at all even at higher speeds around corners. Just flows around the corner. The short shift is great, allowing me much faster shifts in and out of the corners. I love it. The car is set perfect. The hieghts before were front at 26.5 and rear at 26 with the front 8 inches off the ground. Now, after install F25.25/R 25.75 and front is 6".
Here are the before and after pics. Again, thanks to Akkurat for a awesome set up!
Now that it is covered by a thousand butterflys and bugs, i get to spend all day bathing it!
So far it is just fantastic. It is nice and tight, short throw (obviously) and very crisp. Since i only have experience with stock that is all i can compare to. But very easy to shift and no slop in the throw.
I paid more then i could of gotten it for if i had purchased it. But, what the hell, i was more concerned with the timing of the entire job, and it would of been a wash almost if i had ordered and overnighted.... so i let Akkurat supply...
Interesting; why did you go with a "rake" towards the front; especially since Porsche doesn't appear to have a rake built into their stock setups -- even the X74.
are you talking about my shock settings? it's to better match the stiffness of the coils the rears are stiffer and need more dampening because of the greater weight back there. If you were to look at the values of the springs and dampners this would be the case as well.
Your car looks fabulous C4bliss. Good luck with the set up. Sounds like you'll get many happy miles of driving from it.
BW did you consider doing the x74? What made you choose the pss9 vs. other options?
"rake", I think he meant that the front seems significantly lower than the rear. Anyway, that's the question I was interested in asking myself.
BTW, great looking!! I'm leaning towards the same set up, so I'm following your threads like a hawk
Dave, i did actually condsider other options on this setup. I think i chose the set up i have for two reasons: one, adjustability and recommendations from my shop and second, cost. A lot of input from other renlisters as well and the numerous comments about pss9 set up on line.
Regarding the rake towards the front, it seemed raked towards the back prior to the install. I measured the heights before and after, and it dropped the most in the front. I rather like it, nose downa a bit, but the diff is really only about a .25" Though the nose did drop almost 2" at the very front. Rides excellent, handles way better then before and likely always be more car then i am willing to drive it. I cannot believe the diff in the handling. It is well worth the money install.
I was suprised to see it lower in the rear as well. As far as I understood the front is usually lower than the rear to prevent high-speed lift of the front end, and also because the last thing these cars need is more weight on the rear wheels. My car is 25.5" front and 25.75" rear.
