and have somewhat ok result (good for at least 8 month), i will call them tomorrow to see what's the best to use between plastic back window and fabric.

Does anyone know what to do when the clear plastic window is starting to separate from the fabric top? Can an upholstery shop "reseal" this?

Yes, an upholstery shop can remove the old window and stitch a new one in(~$600). I wouldn't recommend just having it re-glued.

i just noticed i am having this issue now. it was perfect before. i guess it has something to do the fact i parked it outside and today is really hot. anyway to re-glue it back?

after a few google search, here's my plan a few AudiTT used http://www.gorillaglue.com/glues.aspx and have somewhat ok result (good for at least 8 month), i will call them tomorrow to see what's the best to use between plastic back window and fabric. if that didn't work out, on ebay, this german fabric is for sale at $409.99, or .HAARTZ CLOTH for 319.99 i would get those instead, since my top is not in perfect condition any way, and ask local shop to put it on for you. will keep your guys posted.
