Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

It might be neat to get the car out on a track and do some spirited driving just to flex it's legs some. I gotta' start paying attention to my Vorganger and Pano for a change. I normally flip under my thumb for a sec and then toss it into the recycle pile. Pity. Tips and comments welcome...

POST 2Original post

I'm in MA now, will be instructing @ VIR several times in the next month. Might go to Summit Point soon also. I live in Raleigh/Cary NC, so not really NOVA, but...

POST 3Original post

Heading to Summit Point today for a BMW Club Autocross. I originally targeted 2 DE's for this year. Unfortuantely, I'm still recovering from my wedding over the winter so I may have to wait until next year.

Do you ever do any of the Pano fun rides - I'l like to hear the fabspeeds....

POST 5Original post

I've been at Summit twice this year, and will be going back in August. Then VIR in September. The local PCA group is very active DE-wise. with jaunts to other tracks such as Mid-Ohio, Watkins Glen, etc. Check their website http://www.pcapotomac.org/ , and also take a look at http://www.dorkiphus.net/ , which is a site for local Porsche fanatics.

Hey - nice meeting you on Saturday. Next time I'll take the 911 instead of the S5 to the autocross. I drove by main circuit when it was pouring and took a look at some of the cars. I may have to sign up for the next one. - Anthony

I haven't yet but plan to in the near future. I do once and a while do the rennlist get togethers or the drives that Bull puts together. It was good meeting you too. I'm going to try an make a DE at the main hopefully towards the end of the year if the schedule permits it. I'm dying to see what my car is capable of.

POST 8Original post

The DE program by Potomac is one of the very best in the country. Really good instructor corps and well attended events. You could do a lot worse!
