Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Has anyone in California tried to go buy a Porsche using an IOU?

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

They raised my auto registration by $350/year and increased the State sales tax. Yet they can't afford to pay any bills?
I would like to find out where I can get an understandable accounting of where all this money IS going.
I don't get it at all.
Here you have the 8th largest economy in the world, one of the most populous states with one of the highest tax rates, but yet they can't balance their books... hmm, methinks that they're spending beyond their means..
Nothing that a red pen of budget cuts couldn't cure.... pity that politicians of either party in any form of government don't get that.... oh no! heaven forbid cutting spending or the size of government! Your money is my money - as long as you have money, then I can keep on taking it!
Purrleeease!
I wouldn't blame either of you.
The voters of CA need to tell politicians of both parties to get their act together. As I said, how you can screw up one of the largest economies in the world when you have such a large tax base and rates is beyond me - that takes a special type of talent.

I hear that California is going to start printing their own $100 bills with ARNOLD the Terminator on the face. However you must spend it in CALLI-FOR-NNIA. Best Regards, a fourth generation SO-Californian!
