only way to make it go down is to jump motor. fuse panel switch allows it to go up but not down. changed entire motor assy and it reacts the same. changed switch and relay but also has the same problem.

Sounds like a desirable feature! The first time it went up (without coming down) did it go up automatically, or from the switch?
