Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

A friend upgraded PSS9s and then installed the sways in two steps and noticed the improvements.

I haven't taken it to the track yet but the track guys like SMR996 run a similar setting to dial out understeer.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have read many threads on this, but with the recent group buys here and there I thought this might be interesting.
Please post your front and rear damper settings for your street(mostly) PSS9 setup.
If it works right, the graphs should of general interest[or not]
Selfish reason: Having a set installed next week.
My GT3 Sways and PSS9s are being installed at the end of the month. I am also curious as searches from previous threads do not really address this.
Could people also include in their responses with 80% street and 20% track or 50% street and 50% track with their settings?
Thanks for posting Jon.
nice poll. I voted my settings in... you would probably want a similar poll in the racing/DE section or the other forums (996TT, or maybe the performance forum)
mine are 4/2 f/r
Do you happen to have the part# for the GT3 sway bar and do you know if it fits the C4S? What does it do for the feel of the car? Makes it flatter through turns?
I'm not sure what my settings are... curious to know what others are using so that I can have my shop set it later.
Hi Ben,
you can find it here toward the bottom of the page on that link. Unfortunately, prices went up in Jan due to the Euro exchange. $293 for the front and $252 for the rear. It was $179 and $149. Hope you can find a better price than current. Insite, a member here, has the drop links available at a much better price than you can find elsewhere. Many people here have been using it with success on the track. I really don't know if it would fit a C4S. You may have to do a search on it.

As for the feel, I was told it is significantly better handling with response and flatter turns. Given that; it probably eats through tires quicker. A friend upgraded PSS9s and then installed the sways in two steps and noticed the improvements. I am installing PSS9s and sways all at once because the installation for the sways would be basically free and also took advantage of the pre price increase in Jan.
Good luck! Peace.
Thanks--kept looking around at other threads, coming up with 7F 6R as a good initial setting. Perhaps a few more votes will come in too . . .
Now, have to think about an initial height settings. Ah decisions decisions . . .
7 and 6 seem VERY soft... you might find the car wobbling around with such soft settings. Regardless, do the adjustment after you've driven the car and decide what you like better. It's not that hard to adjust yourself.
The 4/2 setup I'm running is for aggressive canyon runs... I haven't taken it to the track yet but the track guys like SMR996 run a similar setting to dial out understeer.
Thanks for the comments--so many opinions around on this site and others. I know I can adjust it later, but with a coupe it's a little more work. . .
Any wild guess which setting would approximate stock US suspension? Could then go from there.
If I had to guess stock suspension would probably be 6/6 on the PSS9...
I have a C4S coupe and adjusting is NOT difficult. I have a TE roll bar (w/o cross bar) too in my coupe.
It's a matter of sliding off the bose sub -- which isn't hard to do at all. The fronts can be done by turning the wheels to access the adjusters underneath the shock body... no ramp/lifting necessary.
