Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

After having a red 964C2 for 11 years and 15 days and driving it 72500 miles, I just got an 03 C4S artic sliver with black interior with 3300 miles.
I started my search mid-June, almost bought an 02 C4S from a Boston dealer and one day before buying it, another dealer called me to tell me he had the 03.
Only option I miss is the sport exhaust.
Mmmmmm, track, mmmmm.
Youl love your C4S. Stellar good looks, very tractable at the limit, and you'll soon learn to trust it under hard charging. Just need some bumper plugs.
Welcome to the club!! No need to miss PSE, goes right in!
Hey, jeeva! I like your avatar. Looks like one of my pics but with a different helmet on the driver!!
i just got my C4s 2 months ago. Every day is like the first day driving it. It takes alittle time to get used to the 4 wheel drive train but its a traction monster. best looking 996 out there too. enjoy!
Bad habits? It's just tailoring your driving to the car you have. In AWD, you CAN get on the gas earlier. Makes for a faster apex and exit speed. That's the advantage of AWD. Early and aggressive gas application is the RIGHT habit for AWD.
Yep, that was in the keyhole at Mid-Ohio. My first ever DE, 2nd day, 2nd run, 2 years ago. The instructor is the best instructor I've ever had, even to this day. He had signed me off after the first run that day, but he was giving me so many excellent points, I asked him to continue to ride with me.
Bumper plugs from the Plug Guy. Fingers crossed, haven't gotten a ticket, yet.

Alain,
2 friends + 2 beers + 2 hours = PSE problem
solved!
All you need is some parts. You won't regret it...
alain, I have a similar experience. I had a '91C4 (purchased new from Clair, picked up in Germany) for 13 years, 60k miles. Half a year ago I purchased a 02C4S with 7k miles. Really like the new car. Tom S. at Clair makes the reapir issues very easy to deal with. A really nice guy!
heard of faspeed, euro pipe, muffler bypass, whatever, PSE is the best if you nice exhaust sound not drone and don't want to upset your neighbors, just my opionion of course.
Perlfather;
The other C4S I was looking at was at another big name dealer in Boston, but never felt comfortable buying from them.
This is my fourth car from Clair (2 Audis and 2 P-cars) and Tom S. is a real nice guy. Agree.
Alain
PS: Are you Larry W. the father of Perl? LOL
Alain, again some more similarities as I have purchased 4 audis from Clair since 96. Not the father of perl, actually i am perlmutter. i really like jeff at audi service. cheers.
