This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

just kidding. i'd never do that to a 911 (or any car for that matter) but i did do some fun things this weekend: debadging airbag stickers removed rear seats removed V1 hardwiring is coming up this week - was super hot this weekend to do any work during the day.

POST 2Original post

rear seat removed?? What did you put in it's place?? Why not buy a boxster or cayman??

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

sorry, didn't know removing rear seats violates a carrera ownership rights i didn't put anything in its place. the thing is, i always have windscreen in the back anyways and having folded seats in the back made it hard to reach and grab stuff from their. cayman? not a convertible. boxster? not my thing.

POST 4Original post

I don't have rear seat either. In its place is a BK Harness Mount for my 6-points! But the arear where the seats were is great storage By the way, your thread title made my heart stop for a sec

POST 5Original post

I took my rear seats out and put two booster seats in instead... the new family sedan!!!

POST 6Original post

Dutchie, Can you post some pics of your booster install? I have a friend who might find them very interesting. Thanks.

POST 7Original post

Because now it counts as a 2-seater for Bay Area carpooling purposes?

POST 8Original post

Nothing fancy about it... took all the seat cushions out (see first picture) and then installed two Britax Starriser booster seats (see 2nd picture).

POST 10Original post

You can buy the rear carpet for a GT2 or GT3 , which has no rear seats . Part # is listed as a GT3 part. Its about $475. It has no holes. You remove the seat belts and all hardware. You can also order the blank trim for the C pillar. This will make the rear area like a GT2 or GT3.
