Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

It's a relatively short track on the west end of PA, but it has most of the technical elements: elevation changes, reverse camber, blind apex, a corner simillar to the toe at Watkins, double apex, downhill braking zone, etc.

This was back from 2 years ago, blue run group, I think, on a completely stock C4S on street tires.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm still playing with my video editing software. Here's a vid of a DE at BeaveRun. It's my most frequently visited track. Obviously still in the early part of the learning curve, several mistakes by the driver. Missed a shift coming out of the hot pit, for crying out loud! And what's with the goofy waving
? A bit like showing your baby pictures with the naked butt. But, hey, we're all family here, right?
Here it is. Try not tolaugh too hard

I wish I knew how to track! I don't even want to take my P...to afraid I end up breaking something or blowing up the engine.....one day one day!!
Love to see baby pictures...without children in them!!
Don't just wish it, Nicolaas. Do it.
. Lots of tracks out there in CA, and active Porsche clubs to help you get into them. DE's are primarily about safety, and you'll have an experienced instructor guiding you. You can't really break the car by driving it, Porsches are designed for it. The only thing you need to purchase is a helmet, and you bring your car and yourself as-is, and you're ready to go!
Thanks for posting the video and sharing - I enjoyed it a lot!
It looks like incredible fun.
BTW - can you show how you mounted your video camera in the car?
I take "I/O" to mean "input/output" - do you mean a tripod screw mount? Harness bar to me means you have a special seat belt arrangement or roll cage? Sorry, but I'm not sure I understand completely.
I wonder if anyone has a camera mount idea for a standard C4 that is safe etc?
Thanks again.
No,no. I mean it's the brand, I/O. Here's a link:
Camera mount
. Don't remember where I bought it, and this was just an easy search. I'm sure one of the Rennlist sponsors will have one.
The harness bar is specifically for the harnesses. It's like half the height of a roll bar. It just makes a convenient place to mount the camera as well. I wouldn't recommend getting it just for the camera, as the whole thing would be too expensive.
I am a member of the PCA..and I know they have events like you are mentioning...I might have to look into it...because I won't get a speeding ticket that way...but you think it is a problem having a cab??
Most PCA sponsored events allow the Porsche OEM roll-over protection, in this case the pop-up roll bars of the 996 cab. You should be fine for most events. I drive with a lot of 996 cabs on the tracks here. Just check with the organizing club.
