Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Run 2.5' rear no problem' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'based upon the build quality they should be a-ok' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust links' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

That's all there is out there and actually similair to what I'm using on mind but with a bunch of ERP parts.

I had the tech set the stock adjusters to the mid point before adjusting the new links.

As a benefit I guess you can also use them to adjust rear toe....

Very cool, looks annoying to adjust though because you would have to change them the same to affect just the camber?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

On this blue super charged 996 with Motons, brembos and a lot more... the owner decided 2.5 degrees of rear camber wasn't enough so we thought we'd try our these adjustable control arms (Karlooz are you watching?!!) from Agency-Power... I'm not sure how much he wants yet but one thing's for sure he's gonna get a LOT more...
Hi Early Apex,
Well for the fronts we're going full Porsche Motorsports:
2x 900 380 012 09 hex nuts M14x1.5
2x 996 341 441 90 bearing flange track control arm
1x 996 341 122 90 track control arm left
1x 996 341 121 90 track control arm right
4x 900 076 025 02 hex nut
4x 999 025 269 02 washer
8x 996 341 543 91 shim 2mm
2x 996 341 543 93 shim 7mm
That's all there is out there and actually similair to what I'm using on mind but with a bunch of ERP parts. It's pretty neat being able to to tweak camber, toe etc... like this but probably not so much fun for the "average" alignment guy that doesn't want to spend time

The ones I have on my car are actually Cary's ERP stuff which is obviously "race" proven for durability. However these parts from Agency Power do look great from first seeing them. As far as durability goes we'll go and see but I suspect based upon the build quality they should be a-ok... The only other option is getting Porsche motorsports stuff, which is even more expensive...
that's correct you need to know what you're adjusting and why when doing the alignment and giving one more options isn't always a good thing
For the track guys that want more camber and toe adjustments this is a neat toy indeed.
Rear camber isn't my issue, its front. I run -2.5' rear no problem with the stock setup. How much does this car have??? And I worry with this type of adjustment that its putting stress on components that really weren't designed with this in mind. My Acura race car has a similar rear upper adjuster, but its a single arm, so I'm not quite as worried about it.
These type of adjusters are much easier to deal with when doing the alignment than the stock eccentrics, however.
Sorry to reignite an old thread -- Any recent experience with these control arms? When the PCA rules say "A. Suspension pick-up points must remain as stock in location and type." does that mean that these control arms are legal?
^i don't think they would be legal for your class because it says both location AND TYPE. As far as experience goes....lots of miles on them so far, no noise issues that i'm aware of, didn't make my ride any more bone jarring than it already is, and most importantly, they havn't broken on me (and as much as i'd love to be able to x-ray parts to examin for stress cracks, i can't
).
I have a set and there have been no issues on the street. They do make the rear adjustments easier. I had the tech set the stock adjusters to the mid point before adjusting the new links. Also, set the new links to the stock length before you start.
Another item is to make sure when you are done the link ends are parallel. Otherwise the monoballs may bind early.
