Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

15 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

... after a number of months searching, I finally found my Seal Gray 2003 Cab. Picked her up in Kansas City and drove her back to Charlotte... love the car and a nice 1,000 mile drive for starters!! Bought her from Markus Schmidt at Aristocrat Motors. He is a great guy... highly recommended. Car came with full leather, power/heated seats, PSM, ruffled leather,18" wheels, bose sound, crest in headrest. Car has a year warranty left plus two years of CPO, so I'm covered until mid 2009! Well, let the mods begin... first stop is going to be at Eric for some bumperplugs; Eric, let me know when you are open, so I can come drive by. After that, I guess clear side markers... after that... what do you think? Thanks to everybody for all your input in the last couple of months... very much appreciated! Special thanks to Karl (Doc Wilen) for checking the car out for me.

POST 2Original post

Glad to see you made it home in good time! This is a very beautiful car.

POST 4Original post

That's a beautiful Cab! Just not quite as eye catching as Crazy Canuck's avatar.

POST 6Original post

Beautiful!! I love Seal Gray - great looking on the cab - love the wheels too!! Use it well. Phil

POST 7Original post

Congrats...looks brand new. Drive it in good health.. Stay safe!

POST 8Original post

Sweet ride. Seal grey definitely adds at least 10-15 hp.

POST 9Original post

Congrats on getting the Cab! Nice wheels! Here are a few other mod suggestions: Short Shifter Kit Aluminum Gauge Rings

POST 11Original post

Nice clean car... yeah! agreed with others that seal-grey is a beautiful color for a 996. Congrats on your new car, enjoy!

POST 12Original post

Congrats. We got our 2003 C4S today. What a thrill, eh? Seal Grey is a great color, our Boxster was SG. I understand Seal Grey is going to be withdrawn as a standard color after the 2006 model year, so it will become an "instant classic!" I'm sure you will get as many smiles per gallon as we will! Enjoy!

POST 13Original post

Very pretty!!!.......now lower that Seal...I mean P-car.....and put the remote top and remote key in it...invisible mod.....but you will love it!! ( NO I don't work for the remote top/key guys!!) Alu gauge rings, sport exhaust, turbo front and rear bumper.....(okay now I am trying to mod my own P all over again!) You are going to love it.......I still do after 10K miles......
