Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

If you believe that integrity matters, read on: Eric has been working on color-match painting my interior using his multi-step process. He advised that due to a minor imperfection on one of the pieces, he would re-do it and apologized for inconvenience. Jeez, in my extensive experience pretty much any other vendor (other than Rennlist sponsors, of course) would have sent it anyway and hoped the imperfection was not noticed. I'm going through quality issues with home improvement companies and thus am especially sensitive to quality control or lack thereof. This kind of integrity is rare enough that I felt it worth mentioning, for those who are considering Eric to perform mods on their cars.

POST 3Original post

YES, agreed, he also kindly helped me find my original color code based on my VIN# to match the plugs, very nice work indeed...
