I'm trying not to kick myself since I just bought a used Tequipment set from Brandywine for well more than that.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey guys just thought I'd share some pics of my progress so far. I installed clear corners, the rear silver carrera logo, bumperplugs, and lowered the car on H&R springs. The springs were installed today so need a little time to settle...enjoy.
I got the springs installed at the porsche dealership here in Lexington, it came out to about $930...I'm sure you'd be able to find a much better deal if you look. The bumper plugs are used to cover the two holes in the front bumper from the license plate. You can go to the bumper plug website under the sponsors section.
looks good...I have been "walking around" the issue (and the P) for about 4 months now.....they charge me $750 incl allignment..which is a good deal...just don't know if it is going to make a big difference in looks and handling......let me know how you P handles after and if it improved the looks much?
Looks good, but you know this modding wont stop.....You do know this right, I rememeber the day I picked my car up at the dealer, I told my wife " I wont touch a thing" Yea I lied I just didnt know i did at the time
Faris13 - Your car looks good. Is there any particular reason that you did not get the door plug at the same time you got the Bumper Plugs? Below is a pic of my car at a similar angle as your first pic. The Door Plug really makes a difference in the appearance of the door handle area. Just a thought!
Yea I definately need rims now...this is seriously a disease lol, and a very expensive one at that. I just need to find some somewhat affordable rims that aren't 30 lbs a wheel. In terms of looks after the drop I love it. It's something that bugs me on most cars sold in the US...that wheel gap kills me lol.
Also, right away I noticed a significant decrease in body roll as well as a bit stiffer ride. Overall I'm very happy with the results.
Gota 911, I do have the door plug but forgot to put it back in after my damn battery died lol. you just reminded me and I'm putting it on after I'm done typing this
hmmmm I'll have to check it out tommorrow
lol. When I put it on there was a faint outline of the old carrera logo so I thought I got it perfect. It's not possible to take it off and redo it is it?
Looks good. Rims and matching center caps are next. You might also want to put on nice big exhaust tips. Saw several sets on ebay.
I love your Blue Color keep it up!
Faris:
Thanks. Your blue is a great color. It is so classy. The mod bug bites hard around here but it usually produces some AWSOME looking cars.
Now to answer your Q: Got from DTMAutowerkes in CA.

Talk to Herb.
Oh and here is the link to those exhaust tips. I have no affiliation just passing it on.
Exhaust Tips
Tim, how did acceleration feel after the bump up to those 19's? I'm not sure what you had on before but I'm just concerned going from 17's to 19's and performance.
Well I had 18's and didnt notice anything different. Keep in mind I have always driven mod'ed BMW M cars and PCars so a "rough" ride is nothing to me. But my wife did not complain so that is my gauge. Actually these tires seem to be quieter anyway. Hope that helps
You're nuts, the Carrera logo looks great - the picture was not taken from dead center, but if you look at the location of the 3rd light, you're totally good.
I want to lower my car a bit, but unfortunately I live in Houston - downtown Houston to be exact - the pothole capital of the world. Freaking terrible streets.
Post pics when there is more light.
I love that color but you definaly need new rims. If your in the area where you get winter, Keep those wheels for winter tires.
The exhaust tips are okay for now but get the fabspeed tips when you go and do that mod.
thanks for all the feedback guys. Yeah I checked the logo and it's centered...got a little scared there. New wheels are a definite, when spring comes around I'm changing them out. It's been bugging the hell out of me looking at the wheels on some of the cars on here then looking at mine
Tim, excuse my ignorance, but are those just the polished version of the factory tips? At that price, they can't be the large ovals (4-4.5" diameter), can they? I'm trying not to kick myself since I just bought a used Tequipment set from Brandywine for well more than that.
