Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

P01128 P01130 is most likely the MAF Sensor....DO NOT CLEAR THE CODE and check the fuel trims if they are maxed to the rich limit then the MAF is 999% the suspect ..
Leading evidence: 'Install bosch maf' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check fuel trims if they are maxed' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. Code P1670 is pretty straightforward....Since you replaced the changeover valve, now test for 12v at pin 1 , ....pin 2 is the trigger/ground wire to the DME that actually activates the valve..

Update: Replacing the MAF fixed my low MPG problem.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Update: Replacing the MAF fixed my low MPG problem.
I have a few issues with my stock 2000 C2. I know I need cats but would rather just get O2 sensor extender if that can skirt the issue. The O2 sensors are new. I get the P1128 (360) and P1130 (361) codes intermittently. The P0430 (45) just happened for the first time.
More recently I got a P1670 Porsche Fault Code 175 - . I replaced the Intake manifold change-over valve but the code came back. Also I'm getting about 10 mpg around town lately. It's never been great, usually around 13 mpg.
Any ideas what to check? The car runs a bit rough when first started but then seems fine.

@Porschetech3
FRA 1.05% both banks
RKAT 4.45 both banks
Does that tell us anything?
Also, I hadn't cleared the codes but when I checked them just now, P1670 and P0430 are gone. Is that a thing?
It's possible that I cleared them and don't remember. That's definitely a thing.
RKAT is near the max rich limit so your MAF is failing, replace it with a Bosch unit..
Yes codes can clear themselves, but it takes 20 "drive cycles" with no faut identified for them to self clear...
Here are the MAF numbers from the Durametric. Do they point to any problems?
Idle:
Hot Film MAF 20
Mass Air Flow 18.6
Mass Air Flow Sensor 1.39
About 3000 RPM:
Hot Film MAF 108
Mass Air Flow 109
Mass Air Flow Sensor 2.32
@Porschetech3
I received and installed the Bosch MAF today. The car is running noticeably better. I took a short trip of about 20 miles with mixed highway and side roads. My MPG went from 10.5 to 20.2.
