Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm trying to figure out option codes on my '02 996. The one month employee of PCNA's Customer (Un)Committment Center said I had the following codes. I can barely read the sticker, so I thought I might seek some help here. Charlie Kindel's decoder list didn't tie in a few of these. 446 Colored Wheel caps (mine are faded) M6A ??? (I think this is floor mats) 030 Sport Chassis 692 CD Changer XLS ??? 411 License Plate bracket (I don't know where it is, I don't use a front plate) 476 Traction Control and Brake Pads (what, they sell some cars w/out pads?!?) Anybody know what the code is for PSM?
